CaliConcierge Acceptance Guidelines

We greatly appreciate your decision to sell your items through our CaliConcierge service. Below are our Acceptance Guidelines, which are designed to help you maximise your payout and ensure a smooth selling process.

At Calination, we evaluate each item’s purchase price and acceptance based on its potential to sell. Our payout percentage reflects the comprehensive services we provide, which include photographing, listing, storing, marketing, fulfilling, and shipping orders. Please be aware that not every item may sell, and our pricing reflects this consideration.

CaliConcierge satchels that result in 75% or less of the items being accepted may result in being disqualified from selling to us in the future. If there are items that do not fall in our Acceptance Guidelines, but you would still like to sell, we encourage you to create a personal listing on CaliConcierge. Selling is easy and CaliConcierge simply charges a 20% commission upon sale.

CaliConcierge accepts items that are in Good, Like-New, or New condition. We do not accept items in Fair condition. All items must be freshly laundered and stain-free. Please refer to the condition chart below:

Fair (not accepted)	The item shows moderate to significant signs of wear. This may include noticeable stains, fabric pilling, loose seams, or minor tears. Additionally, these items might have missing gems or embellishments, which detract from their original appearance. Visible repairs or modifications might also affect the item's aesthetic appeal. While still functional, these costumes have a worn look and feel, making them less suitable for resale in certain markets.
Good Condition	The item shows minimal wear and maintains a good condition, with no significant defects.
Like New	The item shows no wear and appears almost new, with all original features intact.
New	The item has never been worn or used and may include original tags or packaging.
